Palmer on pole again in Monaco

Split qualifying meant once more unexpected results, apart from Jolyon Palmer’s stunning pole time.

The Briton’s top lap meant that his group got the odd-numbered grid spots, starting from pole position, as Haryanto’s lap was 6.5 tenths slower.
